Quel'Delar is one of the prismatic blades of great power gifted to the mortal races by the dragonflights. Quel'Delar was used in battle to try and stop Arthas from reaching the Sunwell. Eventually it was carried to Northrend where it was lost to all knowledge. To begin this chain, you must find a Battered Hilt that presumably is a random drop from the 5-man heroics in The Frozen Halls.
